I recently used Citylink for a trip and was disappointed. The booking process felt chaotic, and the website lacked clarity on routes and schedules. While the concept of discovering Scotland is appealing, the execution fell short with cramped seating and indifferent service. I was hoping for a comfortable journey, but it turned out to be quite the opposite.
